My story begins with an innate curiosity about people, their cultures, and shared stories. Growing up in a bilingual home, I had a worldview and diverse upbringing that broadened my perspective on working with diverse communities. This provided me with a deep cross-cultural understanding that led to my early career in arts and culture organizations, including the Smithsonian Institution. My experience spans many facets of nonprofit, corporate, and startup organizations, which has given me a wide lens into the complexities of working in various industries and business models. Working at fortune 500s, I honed my marketing skills and launched products and services that drove high-revenue growth. From there, I helped launch a new 34,000 sq. ft. creativity center and then founded HeARTs Work Coaching and Consulting.
As a life coach and Creative Wellness advocate, I empower others to discover their innate creativity and shift by tapping into their creative flow. Achieving this state allows you to envision different possibilities that life has to offer and step into a life of fulfillment, whether navigating through challenging times, facing career issues, relationship concerns, or finding peace and balance. In my world, living a life of Creative Wellness is fundamental as it provides physical and mental benefits that lead to a state of holistic health. My philosophy is that you have the answers within. I guide you on your journey to discover your values, blocks, and how to rebuild your ideal life. This allows you to see who you are inside of every situation and regulate yourself accordingly. My clients often refer to this experience as transformational, life-changing, and revitalizing — with more applicability to life and long-lasting results.
My HeARTs Work is to help you find yours. I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to step into their power and move their lives forward to achieve their goals. I hold an MA from The George Washington University and Life Coach Certification from Learning Journeys (ICF Accredited).
